Job description

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

As a junior-mid level Recruiter, you will play a key role in the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and contribute to building a high-performing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles across various departments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage job postings on job boards, social media platforms, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Provide support to the team throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BS / AB Psychology
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an Australian-based environment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus (preferably JobAdder).
