This role is 6months fixed term contract

Requirements

We are looking for a professional, friendly, multi-skilled individual to join us as our Warranty advisor (fixed term contract for 6 months) to support our customers who are raising a warranty claim for their vehicle. You will be guiding customers through the warranty repair process and managing the daily operation of our warranty business together with our workshop team. You will be the first point of contact for customer warranty claims - ensuring customers have an enjoyable and transparent experience when dealing with any warranty issues. The role is remote and can be worked from any location around Australia.

What is required:
  • At least 2-3 years experience as a customer service and / or  servicing & repair manager, or other experience in the automotive industry with basic mechanical knowledge, along with customer service experience
  • Ability to liaise between customers and workshop team, ensuring clear communication and efficient operations
  • Acting as trusted advisor to customers when managing their outstanding warranty claims
  • Passion and go-getter attitude to achieve strong customer outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain and resolve queries
  • Flexibility to work with new and changing technology platforms
  • Be prepared to undergo a police and background check
