  • Lead the features design process for new deposit and loan products and update existing ones to reflect our members’ needs and market trends.
  • Guide the launch of new products and features, working with operations, retail, compliance, finance, organizational development, marketing, and IT teams to keep things on track, cost-effective, and well-coordinated.
  • Drive market research efforts, including competitor analysis and member feedback collection through surveys, focus groups, and direct interactions, to ensure product strategies reflect evolving needs and market trends.
  • Partner with marketing to shape the strategy, messaging, and campaigns that promote our products, ensuring they’re easy for members to understand and use, driving product adoption and usage.
  • Establish, track, and analyze key product metrics, report on their performance, and recommend changes to the roadmap as needed to meet member engagement, profitability, and growth goals.
  • Provide insight and support for branching strategies, leveraging data to align product availability with member demand and strategic goals.
  • Demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge applicable to this position and understand and comply with government regulations with particular emphasis on the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), US Patriot Act and related regulations.
  • Actively participate and fulfill expectations in the Credit Union Email Security Awareness Program as outlined in the Information Security Program Acknowledgement document.
