Project Sales Manager

- based in the Helsinki Region -

As a Project Sales Manager you are focussed on the Finnish building projects market. The goal is to develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, public institutions and investors to promote our flooring products and win specifications.

Your role:

  • Acquire, develop and manage customers in the Helsinki Region to win specifications and achieve sales targets for the area
  • Proactive networking with architects, local authorities, project developers, floor layers, i.e. any potential decision-makers involved in the specification of flooring
  • Manage the buying customers (floor layers, contractors) to achieve sales targets for the region.
  • Consistent follow-up of projects and specification processes along the full project-life-cycle, incl. documentation and tracking in the CRM system
  • Provide market research concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.
  • Organise and participate in customer events and trade shows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working experience in comparable sales role within the building materials industry
  • A proven track record of specifying products for public and private building projects
  • A proactive self-starter attitude and a talent for new customer acquisition
  • The flexibility to quickly to adapt to different people and management levels
  • User knowledge of CRM Systems and a good self-organisation
  • A very good command of Finnish and good English skills
