As a Project Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to deliver project sales and developing business relationships with electrical installers and wholesalers in the area of Southern Sweden. We are looking for a driven sales professional with a passion for sustainability and an outgoing, positive, and proactive personality with a strong self-drive and an appreciation for a varied daily routine with a lot of responsibility. You should have sales experience in B2B and preferably with an established network within the installation industry and/or lighting. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, technology, or a related discipline is required, and fluency in Swedish and a good command of English is essential. As a Project Sales Representative at Signify you will be working in a global, industry leading and innovative company. The product portfolio includes indoor and outdoor lighting, but also the Interact Pro professional market equivalent of Philips Hue as well as 3D printed luminaires and UV-C. We are a positive, high-energy team that works closely together. Signify moved to completely renovated premises in Kista in the summer of 2021 where you will go for team meetings, product trainings and more.
You will work from home, preferably in southern Sweden, with plenty of opportunity to set up and plan your own work. Today the Trade team consists of 11 people with the sales team located around the country, and with additional functions based in the office in Kista. You will have proximity to your colleagues through regular team meetings and individual follow-ups, as well as ongoing contact in your daily work.

Develop and maintain business relations with accounts (electrical installers and wholesalers) in the south region
Create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability
Drive and execute yearly sales plans for your accounts
Demonstrate a sound financial understanding, understand business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer challenges and taking on a solution-based approach
More about you
Sales experience in B2B and preferably with an established network within the installation industry and/or lighting. We prefer you to have some form of post-secondary education
Strong communication skills – listening and understanding customer needs, as well as being able to relate the benefits of the proposed solutions
Outgoing, positive and proactive personality. You have a strong self-drive and prefer to see opportunities rather than obstacles in your work. In addition, you appreciate a varied daily routine with a lot of responsibility
Used to working in CRM systems and you see the benefit of the system for your own sales planning
Fluent in Swedish and a good command of English
