position description:

We're growing, and our tech scope is expanding. We've implemented several internal services to automate our marketing integrations and improve task management between sales, marketing, and product development. Additionally, we've started building a dedicated part of our application called "Community"—a forum-like space for future parents to share experiences.

With these exciting developments, we're seeking a Systems Analyst to play a key role in defining development requirements and bridging the gap between marketing initiatives and the development team.

what you'll be doing:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, software engineers, designers, and other stakeholders) to define and prioritize product features and requirements
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications and API documentation, to ensure clear communication of product requirements to the development team
• Assist in launching advertising campaigns and B2B projects
• Actively participate in the full development lifecycle
• Maintain and manage the Confluence knowledge base
• Work with the development team to set sprint goals and objectives.

we're looking for someone with

• Proven experience in describing mobile development requirements using User Stories
• Solid expertise in business processes with knowledge of notations like BPMN and UML
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with advertising control systems such as AdFox and AdMob
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like AppMetrica and Mixpanel
• Understanding of algorithms and experience testing new functionalities in collaboration with QA teams
• Strong communication skills with experience working directly with development teams
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Firebase, Postman, and databases.

preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools such as Localize, Adapty, and Swagger.
• A strong desire and motivation to deeply understand how the product works.
• Intermediate-level English proficiency or higher.
