Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The role necessitates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

 

Job Responsibilities


Project Planning:

  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Delegate project tasks based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. 
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Budget Management:

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

     Risk Management:  

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

     Quality Control:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.

     Communication:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and project requirements.

     Process Improvement:

  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

     Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

      Training and Development:

  • Provide training to team members and clients as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.

Experience: 

 

  • Must have 7 years of experience

 

 

Certifications: 

 

  • PMP
