Responsibilities

Electrical Supervision of Oil and Gas Facility design projects.
Design, Review, and oversee the Electrical design of junior engineers and designers.
Responsible for the creation of one-line diagrams, Hazardous Area Classification drawings, Panel Schedules, cable schedules, and grounding design
Creates or oversees the development of power systems models to include Arc Flash studies and Load Flow Studies
I'd like you to work independently to complete tasks in the given timeframe and budget.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of proven electrical engineering design experience in Heavy industrial projects (Oil and Gas, Mining, Power Generation, Water and Wastewater)
Experience in the creation and reviewing of electrical design, construction, and commissioning documents.
A BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
PE License or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
Working knowledge of design codes and standards, specifically NFPA, NEC, NESC, API, ISA and AGA.
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects under budget and time constraints.
Familiarity with electrical modeling software, specifically ETAP and SKM.
