Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
• Guide customers through services and educate them about available options.
• Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer support process.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
