  • Work collaboratively with the support team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Open to relocating to Greece and experiencing a new culture.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
