Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking content creators via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and assisting with platform issues.
  • Assist creators with understanding platform features, tools, and best practices to maximize their content creation and engagement.
  • Quickly identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex issues that require in-depth troubleshooting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and new features to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Gather feedback from users to contribute to service enhancements and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially in the digital or content creation space, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
