What are we looking for:
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Content Administrator to join our team remotely in Cyprus, focusing mainly on the Cyprus Real Estate market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting our Real Estate partners in order to upload their content-listings (full projects of new buildings) making sure that content is of high quality and delivered on time. The key person will be also responsible for providing expert consultation to our business partners regarding quality of content.
The role requires a balance of speed, critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and background in sales administration/consultation.
Direct reporting to the Commercial and Operations Teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Real Estate coordination, sales administration and consultation
- Excellent command of Greek and English language, both spoken and written
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and web-based data entry platforms.
- You must have a car. We reimburse fuel when the car is used for business purposes
Required Skills:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with developers and agents professionally.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong digital literacy with proficiency in using online platforms, CRM systems and data entry tools. Very good experience in using G Suite, Zoom and other digital tools.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to solve problems, streamline processes, and anticipate challenges in gathering and uploading property data.
- Sales Administration Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or similar roles within the Real Estate category.
- Self-Motivated & Organised: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact Real Estate Developers and Agents: Proactively reach out via email and phone to request construction projects full information, brochures, floor plans, and any other essential marketing materials for new property developments. Search business partners websites and gather all the information needed for uploading the content.
- Upload Property Listings: Gather, organise, and upload property information, including individual units, pricing, and relevant project details to the company website with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with developers, agents, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely access to property information.
- Follow-up and Communication: Ensure regular follow-ups with Real Estate professionals to acquire necessary materials and resolve any delays or issues.
- Tech-Savvy Operations: Utilise technology to streamline the process of data entry and ensure the website is up to date with the latest property listings.
- Quality Control: Ensure all property information is uploaded correctly, including pricing, descriptions, images, and project specifics, and is visually appealing to website visitors.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Address any inconsistencies or missing data in project brochures and communicate with developers/agents to resolve issues.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as CRM updates, data entry and managing project timelines.
- Reporting and Record filing: Create and maintain specific reports and record spreadsheets, google slides presentations and docs based on the needs of the Commercial & Operations departments
- Sales-Oriented Background: Apply your understanding of sales processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of communications with developers and agents, ensuring a consistent flow of new projects and tasks.

The monthly salary range for this position is 1200€-1400€ gross.
This is a permanent full-time position working the core opening hours of the business, Monday-Thursday 9am-18pm, Friday 9am-16.00pm. It is a Cyprus-based job and you can work mostly remotely from home in Cyprus. Physical meetings with the Bazaraki team are often and mandatory. Extended working hours will be sometimes required according to business needs.
