Responsibilities
As a Skilled Laborer - Travel, you will support the Directional Drill (DD) crew through various types of telecom projects, traveling to the project locations as needed. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.
In addition, you will:
Responsible for various manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites with use of hand tools like shovels, rakes, and picks
Work in outdoor utility construction sites
Transport heavy equipment to and from the job site each day
Build and maintain aerial and underground cable systems
Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
Learn and train to use various kinds of tools and heavy equipment
Qualifications
About You:

You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
You have at least one year of experience in a physically demanding, outdoor job.
You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
You are looking for long term projects
You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
You have a good attitude and want to learn the telecom construction trade to advance your career o Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, etc.
You have a valid Class A CDL (preferred) or valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, past 3 years
You enjoy traveling and working outdoors.
