Debt Consultant (Experience Required)

Our Sales team is the first point of contact for consumers who reach out to us seeking options to resolve their debt. As a Debt Consultant, you are responsible for making and taking calls with the purpose of walking consumers through the qualification and enrollment process.    

Things you should know about this role:    

• We are only considering candidates who have recent Debt Settlement / Debt Relief sales experience.
• This is a remote role that is open only to applicants in AZ, FL, GA, MD, NY, PA & TX 
• This is a phone sales position. You will be making calls to and taking calls from people that are looking for help with their debt. We provide you with quality leads (no cold calling required), but you must enjoy being on the phone and put forth the effort to be successful.    
• This role is hourly + commission. On average, a first-year sales representative can expect to earn $55,000 or more. Experienced sales reps can make $100k+   
• Schedule is Mon-Thurs 9:00a-6:00p and Friday 9:00a-5:00p local time.  

Responsibilities include:   

• Qualifying, handling and converting all inbound leads into prospective clients.  
• Making outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services. 
• Moving the prospect forward to execute a consultative sale. 
• Assisting customers by gathering information on their financial situation and presenting possible solutions, including enrollment into our program. 
• Quote payment options and explain program details.  
• Effectively manage a client pipeline, ensuring proper follow-up  
• Be thorough and detailed with the presentation, information gathering and completing client files.  

Requirements:   

• At least 1 year of recent debt settlement, credit counseling or related experience 
• The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline  
• Must be energetic and self-motivated.  
• Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)  
• Be proficient with computers, especially with MS Office and CRM tools. 
• Must have a suitable workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
