Marriage and Family Therapist (Telehealth) - Full-Time Opportunity in San Diego, California

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, with expertise in addressing a range of mental health concerns. You will play a vital role in supporting clients' emotional well-being, fostering healthier relationships, and promoting lasting positive change.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 100% telehealth therapy services to our children, teens, young adults, and their families
Meet with clients and their families regularly to provide counseling and treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Work collaboratively with our clinical team
Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to in-house policies

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school
Licensed to practice psychotherapy or counseling independently - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent
2+ years of experience providing therapy to children, teens, and/or young adults
Well-versed in conducting effective CBT (various forms) through telehealth
Strong track record of treating pediatric ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.
Enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
