Job description

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a data-savvy, UX-aware, and experimentation-driven CRO Specialist to join our Growth Marketing and Analytics teams. This person will play a key role in understanding user behavior, designing full-funnel experiments, and optimizing the digital experience across web and mobile. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion flows, and scale performance across multiple channels.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of conversion rate optimization efforts across all digital touchpoints
  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Adobe, Google Optimize, or similar platforms
  • Analyze behavioral data through heatmaps, funnel reports, and user recordings to identify friction points
  • Build and optimize full-stack acquisition funnels — from landing pages to onboarding flows
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test improvements, including using APIs and tools like Postman, Segment, or Mixpanel
  • Conduct competitor analysis and leverage insights to build or enhance internal funnels
  • Support the analytics team with data pulls and performance analysis
  • Keep ClickUp and other project management tools updated with test progress and insights
  • Document processes, maintain records, and assist with internal operations for ongoing growth initiatives
  • Apply a deep understanding of user psychology, UX, and customer journey mapping to experiment design
  • Collaborate on graphic design and copywriting tasks to support test creation and implementation
  • Act as a resource for the marketing director and broader team, keeping stakeholders updated and aligned


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools, behavioral analytics, and CRO methodologies
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup experience preferred)
  • Proficient with cloud-based tools and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with analytics and product teams
  • Familiarity with basic web development and UX principles
  • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable learning new tools quickly
  • Curious, coachable, and open to feedback with a growth mindset
  • Experience in telehealth, DTC health, or companies like Hims & Hers, Ro, Noom, or Cerebral is a plus
