Your Role:
- Development of Strategic Plan for GBI: Lead the development of a comprehensive strategic plan for the Great Britain and Ireland (GBI) zone, encompassing all business areas. Regularly monitor and assess the success of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Support of Value Partnership Co-Creation Workshops: Facilitate and provide content support for Value Partnership co-creation workshops, covering topics such as customer profiling, the development of customer engagement strategies, equipment replacement plan drafts, market analysis, and project management of co-creation engagements.
- Strategic Project Support: Assist in the execution of strategic projects within GBI, such cross-business-line (BL) strategy development, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Partnership Management Support: Support activities related to partnership management in GBI, helping to maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the zone.
Your Expertise:
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) is desirable.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related role within a healthcare, technology, or similar industry.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in leading or supporting complex strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with and influence internal and external stakeholders, particularly in a partnership or collaboration context.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, with a solid understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business performance metrics.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both internal and external audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, particularly in guiding cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives.
