Job Title: Software Developer – Developer/Programmer Analyst 3

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ASP.NET Core Developer with strong Angular 16+ UI development experience to contribute to specialized education applications. These systems integrate with broader organizational tools to drive business intelligence and deliver innovative web-based solutions.
This is a fully remote opportunity with a focus on cloud-native application development, front-end modernization, and accessibility compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET Core and C#
Build and maintain dynamic UI components using Angular 14 and above (preferably Angular 16 or 18)
Develop RESTful APIs and web services
Create database structures, stored procedures, and reports using SQL Server, Entity Framework, and SSRS
Work with TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, and Blazor
Refactor legacy ASP.NET pages to improve responsiveness and achieve 504 ADA compliance
Write unit tests and integration tests for both back-end and front-end systems
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams
Participate in DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines
Optimize application performance and resolve technical issues

Preferred Experience:

Azure cloud services and Azure SQL Database
Migration of cloud applications to on-premise environments
Familiarity with ArcGIS tools
Knowledge of Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS
Strong understanding of ETL/data integration processes
