Our company is recognized as the go-to source for improvement planning software and support. Job Description: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing ideas to life, and is passionate about supporting marketing campaigns that make an impact. The ideal candidate would have demonstrated previous experience in implementing successful marketing and advertising plans and campaigns, managing marketing projects, preparing for trade shows and meetings, and coordinating with outside marketing vendors. The candidate would have the ability to self-manage, think analytically, and provide excellent marketing guidance. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Collaborate with the team to co-create and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns. Analyze marketing and sales data to prepare reports that inform future strategies. Content and Digital Support Update website content (e.g., blog posts, event pages, product updates — no coding required). Assist with social media scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring. Event and Logistics Management Coordinate logistics for conferences and events, including registration, hotel bookings, and shipping. Manage marketing inventory including print collateral, swag, and event supplies. Team and Operations Support Track tasks in the project management system and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., graphic designers, printers, promotional item suppliers). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (marketing or related field preferred, but not required) 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with project management and marketing tools Ability to multitask and meet deadlines A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support cross-functional teams Working Conditions Residing in the DFW area - Hybrid setting Monday/Thursday onsite Plano, TX office Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday remote. The noise level in the work environment(s) is relatively quiet. Travel as needed. Cognitive and Physical Demands Daily/majority of the non-training/traveling day: sitting, computer work, screen time, keyboarding, typing, wrist flexing/extension and other repetitive movements. As needed: Training/conference activities require long periods of standing and may involve setup/tear down activities. Traveling requires safe operation of vehicle, standing, and sitting which varies based on mode of travel. Daily/consistent: Use of professional judgement in alignment with 806 Technologies values and policies, ability to communicate effectively verbally and written, translate high level instructions into an executable process flow, and to complete medium to large projects with minimal assistance and supervision Frequently: Learning new software applications and recalling important processes Occasionally: kneeling, standing, reaching, twisting, grasping, and lifting (up to 20 pounds).
