Key Responsibilities:
Eloqua Campaign Execution
Support the execution and management of digital nurture streams in Eloqua for our demand generation programs
Collaborate with internal teams on email sequences and automation workflows for lead nurturing
Leverage the marketing automation platform (Eloqua) to create and monitor nurture workflows
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation in nurture strategies
CMS Execution
Support the execution, edits, and management of campaign landing pages in our CMS for demand generation programs
Paid Media
Execute and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance data, provide insights, and implement optimizations to improve key metrics
Manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI maximization
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead nurturing and web management
Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work 9am-6pm Eastern Timezone
