  • Collect market information through regular customer visits and maintain a customer data analysis system.

1. 公司政策的有效执行

  • 落实公司重点客户管理策略的有效执行
  • 与市场部密切配合制定大客户营销活动方案,从而确保公司品牌在重点客户端的成长。
  • 与零售团队密切配合,从而确保重点客户团队相关活动的有效执行。

2.  重点客户管理

  • 维护良好的客户关系,探索新的业务发展机会。
  • 完成年度重点客户合作谈判。
  • 监控重点客户的协议执行进度,包括合同条款执行、费用控制和风险评估等。
  • 了解市场变化,制定应对建议,并及时向上级主管提交市场信息。

3. 费用管理

  • 合理制定重点客户投资计划,符合公司相关规定。
  • 及时跟进费用使用情况,确保真实有效。

4. 信息收集管理

  • 按照SFDC的要求定期拜访客户,收集市场信息,并完成报表的填写。
  • 建立客户数据分析系统。
  • 内部随时反馈,外部定期回顾。

5. 完成上级主管分配的工作任务。

 

工作要求:

  • 大专以上学历及良好的计算机水平,医学药学或相关专业优先,KA经验优先
  • 医药、快消等相关行业销售工作经验2年以上,有一定的KA销售管理经验,有外企工作经验者优先。
  • 具备医药营销知识。熟悉医药零售行业或快速消费品行业运作模式,精通大客户管理;
  • 有较强的销售管理能力和市场敏感度、判断力、思路清晰,表达流畅;
  • 具有良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力和团队意识,并具有较强的工作执行力;
  • 具有良好的职业道德,诚信务实、能吃苦耐劳;
  • 较好的心理承受力及良好的个人素养。
  • 熟练使用办公软件,具有公文和数据分析处理能力;
