This is a remote position.

Role: Business/Product Analyst

Location: Louisville, KY or Allentown, PA or Providence, RI (Quarterly Travel)

Contract: 12 Months (Ability To Extend)

Position Description:

The Product Analyst/Business Analyst will work directly with the Product Owners, Business Team and technical team to implement and support technical solutions to meet organizational objectives.
Support/facilitate process mapping sessions to provide AS IS/TO BE documentation
The analyst will assist the Product Team with prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system changes and researching new tools in alignment with industry trends.
The analyst will develop, analyze and amend technical specifications for delivery to the development team.
The Analyst will address solution any relevant problems or roadblocks and ensure high levels of performance and security.
Will work in ADO on feature refinement, Story development and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Communicate with stakeholders as needed to understand their functional requirements.
Ensures traceability on project work including capturing requirements; tracking test cases linked to requirements; and may support capturing defects and linking to root cause as part of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
