As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll manage end-to-end guest communications, coordinate with service providers, and ensure smooth operations across multiple properties. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for guest communications, ensuring exceptional service from booking through checkout
Manage guest relations on major platforms including Airbnb and VRBO
Handle dispute resolution and process reimbursement requests professionally
Coordinate with cleaning services to maintain pristine property conditions
Schedule and oversee maintenance teams, handymen, and contractors
Monitor property conditions and proactively address maintenance needs
Process and track guest feedback to maintain high satisfaction rates
Maintain accurate booking calendars and property availability
Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes for all guests
Coordinate emergency responses when needed
Requirements
Proven experience in vacation rental or property management
Strong working knowledge of Airbnb and VRBO platforms
Excellence in written and verbal English communication
Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience in vendor management and coordination
Proficiency in standard business software applications
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
Flexibility to work scheduled hours in client’s time zone
Background in hospitality or customer service preferred
