Providing a definition of the process, procedures, and expectations we have for QA Engineers
Strategizing on how to measure QA performance
Planning the tools needed to have highly engaged engineers
Requirements:
Define best practices on how is work done from inception to delivery
Someone who has experience defining and rolling out processes for quality engineers (Center of Excellence)
Thought leader in quality engineering
Expert and experience in QA metrics (releases, performance, initiatives)
Has templates/framework we can use or experience creating them for other organizations
Output of this work should be templates, roadmap to success, metrics, and a plan/steps to achieve excellence in our organization
