We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst with leadership experience or a Squad Lead with a strong background in Quality Assurance to take over the responsibilities of our current QA Manager, who will be transitioning to a new project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead QA initiatives and ensure quality standards are met across the project lifecycle

- Coordinate testing activities, define strategies, and support delivery teams in implementing best QA practices

- Mentor and support other QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement

- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals

- Monitor test results, track quality metrics, and suggest process improvements

Required Experience:

- Proven experience in Quality Assurance in agile environments

- Experience in managing or mentoring QA teams or leading squads with a focus on quality

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to balance hands-on testing with strategic quality oversight

- Good English communication
