WHAT DOES A MANGER, ANALYTICS DO?
The Manager, Analytics analyzes data from multiple marketing channels, such as web, email and media to uncover insights and develop actionable recommendations. Under the guidance of senior members of the analytics team, this position is responsible for measuring pharmaceutical digital and marketing campaigns and developing client facing performance reports through Easy to Consume (E-2-C) data storytelling. This position works with a team of Analysts and collaborates with other internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to author and present measurement plans, reporting briefs and performance reports.
The Manager, Analytics serves as “Analytics” point of contact on analytics projects and must be passionate about measurement and its ability to drive impact for our clients’ marketing investments. This position actively participates in measurement planning and KPI identification efforts for assigned healthcare brands. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies and should be familiar with data storytelling. This position regularly communicates with Directors on the status of projects and appropriately elevates any concerns or opportunities. Success in this role is measured through client satisfaction, internal team/stakeholder satisfaction, and team billability.
Develops Easy to Consume (E2C) analytics outputs with clear actionable insights
Develops analytics deliverables such as performance highlight reports and deep dives
Contributes to the development of strategic, KPI-based measurement plans
Understands ACTICS (EVERSANA’s proprietary data and insights platform) and how it powers EVERSANA Data & Analytics deliverables
Understands client’s business context and goals and how marketing activities being evaluated supports these goals
Develops relationships with SME peers and members of the client team
Ensures deliverables are on time, accurate, and compelling to client/business objectives
Proactively manages internal teams’ and clients’ expectations regarding and timelines
Initiates projects with and provides guidance to assigned Analysts
Prioritizes and manages team deliverables with minimum guidance.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
4+ years of experience in an Analytics role
Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry experience
Experience working in a marketing agency environment or with other agencies preferred
Strong ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Passion to self-educate and keep up to date on the latest marketing analytics trends and tools
Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated strength in planning, organizing and project management skills to meet deadlines; is a master of prioritization and multitasking
Strong written and oral communication
Able to set priorities for small team and work mostly to manage those timelines
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Proficient with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpretation, translation and data storytelling skills using presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Tableau
Good knowledge of omnichannel or multichannel marketing analytics with a focus on digital (e.g., Web, Email, Paid media, Social media, Organic search, Mobile apps)
Understanding of data analysis that will be used to justify insights or recommendations that impacts client’s brand and business goals
2+ years in a Pharmaceutical Marketing Analytics role preferred. Agency experience a plus.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
