We are looking for Global Headcount Specialist to join our people team, analyze and consolidate the headcount changes and trends.

The ideal candidate will control and generalize the global headcount, provide insights, approve to initiate hiring process based on AOP plan.


Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end headcount in line with approved plans
  • Utilize data analysis tools to extract and analyse headcount data
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into hiring status and other workforce trends
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisitions functions, FP&A and business leaders to execute, control and analyse headcount plans
  • Create a consolidate view of the actual headcount vs AOP plan and annual trajectory
  • Approve to initiate hiring process based on AOP plans and raising flags if needed
  • Provide insights to HRBPs, Finance functions and budget owners

Requirements

  • B.A or a M.A degree Economics/ Industrial Engineering and Management/Business Administration or equivalent degree
  • Experience working in a matrixed or global organization
  • Experience as PMO, People Analytics/FP&A roles
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, data driven and ability to see the big picture based on data
  • Experience with BI and Excel tools
  • Great team player, innovative and proactive, comfortable to work in a fast paced and create collaborative relationships with partners
  • Both written and verbal English communication skills
