Job Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated Bilingual Slovakian - English Customer Support Agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, who will deliver exceptional and personable service via our email and live-chat channels. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and an ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service through email and live-chat communication
  • Translate product information and materials into Slovakian, utilizing provided tools for efficiency
