Position Summary
As an organization we are dedicated to driving execution through our large-scale enterprise-wide strategic and regulatory priorities. As we continue to expand our portfolio of projects and tackle increasingly complex challenges, we are seeking a strong, experienced project analysts to execute a broad set of activities to support the analysis, design, governance, and execution of multiple high-impact programs. This role is critical to drive both strategic and tactical aspects of many programs/projects that assist in enabling the realization of business and regulatory objectives and achieving measurable outcomes that fuel our growth and support our strategy.
Establishing a dedicated and professionally agile team of highly skilled project analysts that support the various Senior Program Directors and Program Directors, will help the collective team in achieving these priorities in a consistent and appropriately governed way.
As one of the Project Analysts (Assistant Vice President) you will be a key member of a team of talented practitioners, responsible for leading the analysis and coordination of key project related activities, enabling the successful execution of complex projects and programs across the organization. This individual will be deployed to initiatives based on business priorities, driving project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic alignment to ensure successful outcomes. This role will provide leadership in planning, analysis, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communication while maintaining a strong focus on business objectives/requirements, efficiency, and value delivery.
This position requires an experienced executer with a proven track record of driving and managing successful outcomes associated with complex programs in a dynamic, high-collaborative, and time-driven environments that require thoughtful risk-based decision-making and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Vision
Conduct various activities that support the development and execution of a cohesive program strategy [or large-scale project] aligned with the organization’s mission and objectives
Assist in the definition of program goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for success; ensure alignment with organizational growth and development plans as well as applicable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Project & Program Leadership:
Serve as a project analyst for one or multiple projects/programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and in support of the Program Director.
Conduct various qualitative and quantitative analyses, requirements documentation, and dependency mapping in support of the planning, design, and execution of various programs and projects.
Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Execute supporting activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies are effectively managed.
Assist in the creation of presentations to senior leadership that articulate project/program status, risk and issues, and ‘path-to-green’ activities in support of the successful execution of defined programs/projects.
Drive various data acquisition and analytics – leveraging business intelligence tools and other reporting mechanisms (e.g., PowerPoint decks, etc.)
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement:
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to ensure informed decision-making.
Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including regulatory, compliance, commercial, technology, and operations.
Engage and manage external partners, vendors, and consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication, managing expectations and fostering transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Governance & Risk Management:
Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans as needed.
Create and report on key project metrics, including performance, budget adherence, and risk status.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
Leverage LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to improve and streamline processes
Assist in driving process optimization and re-engineering across the Enterprise – through the skillful review and further streamlining, simplifying, and redesign/reimagining of processes
Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices within the organization.
Champion a culture of operational excellence, leveraging lessons learned to drive efficiency and innovation.
Impact Assessment & Reporting
Drive the strategic transparency of the program – implementing data-driven program evaluation processes to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
Present regular reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Document lessons learned, share best practices, and integrate findings into future program planning.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management processes (including front, middle, back office functions) and how technology is used to enable them on and end-to-end basis
At least undergrad degree qualified with a financial, technology or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in driving strategy, transformation, and building out advance analytical and data-informed analysis capabilities

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
