About the Role

Creator Growth and Acquisition is a key driver of revenue expansion and business success at Howl. As the Content Partnerships Director, you will lead strategic growth initiatives to accelerate enterprise creators' performance, ensuring they scale their revenue impact and maximize monetization opportunities. In this role you 'll work cross-functionally to increase creator lifetime value, drive high-touch relationship management, and develop acquisition and retention strategies that align with company-wide OKRs and revenue targets. You thrive in fast-moving environments, take full ownership of business objectives, and see challenges as opportunities to build and innovate.

 

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:

  • Manage and grow a  High-Value Portfolio: Oversee top-performing creators, ensuring sustained revenue growth and retention.Implement scalable strategies to increase earnings and align with business objectives.

  • Cast, Acquire, and Ideate with Creators: Actively source, onboard, and collaborate with creators to shape growth initiatives.Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with creators, understanding their category and brand affinity.

  • Lead Sales & Monetization: Execute end-to-end onboarding and performance processes, driving long-term engagement and monetization. Refine engagement tactics and strategic playbooks to meet performance goals. Coordinate contracts, follow-up communications, host creator training, and create educational content.

  • Build Media Plans: Develop tailored media strategies to support brands within your portfolio. Use data to optimize performance and recommend improvements.

  • Enhance Product Growth: Collaborate with product teams to improve platform features and creator experience.Leverage creator insights to refine marketplace differentiation and retention strategies.Work with Brand Partnerships to improve monetization structures.

Experience You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in creator partnerships, growth strategy, or business development in marketplaces, SaaS, e-commerce, or tech platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with elevated intuition that drives urgency and responsiveness. 
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, increase creator engagement, and optimize performance.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data insights to drive strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of creator monetization, e-commerce, and decentralized content platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. You flag and mitigate risks.
  • Adaptability, with a growth-focused mindset and a passion for experimentation.
  • Experience collaborating across product, sales, brand, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business priorities.
  • Must be US based

The base salary range for this role is $140,000. 

At Howl, we offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of base salary, incentive pay and stock options. Incentive awards are allocated based on individual performance. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
