Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - Work from home only within Greece
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
  • Interest in home appliances and related technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in customer service software is a plus
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards customer service
