Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding music streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, playlist creation, and subscription details.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Keep customers informed about new features, promotions, and changes to the service.
  • Gather insights from customer interactions to contribute to service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within the music or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • A passion for music and an understanding of music streaming platforms.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
