Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with hotel reservations, inquiries, and modifications to their bookings.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff and management to coordinate special requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain organized records for reference.
  • Stay updated on promotions, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or travel industry, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and helping guests create memorable experiences.
