Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, and product information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards customer assistance.
  • Flexibility to work in various shifts as per business requirements.
